Private and group glass blowing classes
currently teaching public classes at Public Glass in San Francisco, The Crucible in Oakland and private classes at Glow Glass Studio in Oakland, Ashby area.
COST
PRIVATE
1-2-1 students cost:
4 hour class: $ 180 + studio rental
full day class: $340 + studio rental
(a small discount is available for regular students)
GROUPS
Groups of 2-3  
4 hour class: $150 price per student + studio rental
full day class: $275 price per student + studio rental
additional hours (assessment, portfolio review, cold working) charged at $50 p.h weekend rates / $40 weekday rates
Best deal for group sized 4-8 students:
8 hour class or 2 1/2 day classes on consecutive days for up to 6 students (+ 60-90 minute lunch break)
– working with 2 benches & glory holes and 2 glassblowing instructors: $1200 total
Glass Studio hire 
per day is $340
per half day: $200
usual duration for classes is 3.5 – 4 hours
Please add the studio rental cost to your chosen class format. (1/2 day private class instruction fee + 1/2 day studio rental = $380)

I teach glassblowing courses at Glow Glass Studio in Oakland, as well as through Glass Hand Studio in Alameda, and Public Glass in San Francisco.

You can check in with me directly to book me for glass blowing classes particularly tailored to your schedule and interest.

I can accommodate small groups, get in touch if you would like to take a one-off class and learn to make a simple object or if you would like to get more involved and take your learning and skills to the next level.

Minimum age usually is 14 years and needs to be double checked with me before booking, there is no maximum age! If parents are present then the minimum age may be lower.
